Description:

1. Long reach boom excavator is very popular and high efficient in dredging work,dredging river,dredging sea,dredging port,etc

For dredging river,the excavator usually can stay on the dam or bank of the river to complete the work.

For dredging sea and port,usually need to keep excavator stay on a barge to complete the dredging.

2. We specialized in customizing all kinds of long boom for all kinds of excavators.

3. We have detailed dimension of Hitachi ZX360,we can customize long reach boom for your ZX360 excavator.

4. Main sheet Material of this Hitachi ZX360 long reach boom / arm is Q345B + Q420D,the top and bottom cover plate of boom and stick is Q420D,other sheet is Q345B,Pin’s material is 42CrMo4.

5. Welding is protective-gas welding,the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed.This is golden standard for protective gas

6. For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom,we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding,to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.

7. We will prepare lubricant pipe system,hydraulic system,bucket,bucket cylinder,linkage,pins and hoses for the long boom we supply you.

8. This long reach boom,stick cylinder use original stick cylinder to save the cost,if you need the stick cylinder,we also can prepare for you.

9. We prepare 1 kit extra pipe lines for this Hitachi ZX360 excavator.

If necessary,we can prepare 1 kit or 2 kit (each kit have 2 pipe lines) extra auxiliary pipe line for the attachments of the long reach boom.

10. The Counter weight of this long reach boom / arm is bottom design,it's easy to use fork lift to install the counter weight.

11. We can prepare camera for the long reach boom as customer requirements.
