In order to get high performance, high tensile strength, high rotate speed, Our crankshaft all use heat treatment, surface peening , Ion Plasma nitriding, gas nitriding treatment and so on. Our main materials have 45,50Mn,40Cr,35CrMo,42CrMo,4340 and so on.
ADVANTAGE :
1) We supply high performance cast , forged and billet steel crankshaft . Because every crankshaft need to bear high horsepower,high RPM and high boost.
2) Journal surface need to bear high RPM,so high smoothness is very strict and necessary.
3) Every cranks need to bear combined acting force from centrifugal pull, inertia force and the reciproing inertia force. So the good balance is very important for engine and driving experience.
