1.The steel plasma cutter adopts integral structure. Its longitudinal and lateral guide rails, the header and the like are integrated into one body, which is convenient for overall movement;
2. The steel plasma cutter adopts gantry type aluminum profile structure, driven by bilateral DC stepping motor, with reliable operation and high cutting precision;
3. The beam of steel plasma cutter adopts square tube butt welding structure, which has the characteristics of good rigidity, high precision, light weight and small inertia;
4.The steel plasma cutter adopts longitudinal drive frame (end frame). Horizontal guide wheels are installed at both ends, which can adjust the degree of tightness of the eccentric wheel on the bottom of the drive frame to keep the whole machine in a stable direction during the movement.
