Feature of welding turning roll:
- The roller is full steel wheel for heavy duty loading. The wheel is
forged steel processed.
- These welding turning roll have top-class electronic components,
stepless adjustable speed of the driven part in CE marked.
- The HGK series have a strong and durable construction with creates
a very high stability.

- Tailor-made welding turning rolls are available according to your special requirements.
Welding turning roll description:
- One set of welding turning roll consists of 2 parts,say, a
motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
- The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor.
- The motor is designed according to international proven
specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of
15%.
- The inverter comes with a remote control panel (operator pendant)
with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in
excess of 60%.
- Capcity of welding turning roll is various ranging from 2tons to 2500 ton. Bigger capacity are custom built upon request.
