AC three phase synchronous hydroelectric generator with Hydro Turbine For hydropower Project

3. Output voltage: 400V, 3.3KV, 6.3KV, 10.5KV or 480V, 4160V AC three phase,
The synchronous generator is driven by the water turbine, and form a complete unit with pelton, turgo, Francis, kaplan turbine, its installation structure type is usually determined by the type of the turbine.
hydroelectric generator can be a standalone power supply, can also be multiple machines in parallel into the grid .
The hydroelectric generator function is peak-load regulation and phase regulation in the grid, because the unit start and stop quickly, operation scheduling is more flexible.
Output capacity: 0.1MW -- 20MW.
Output Voltage and frequency: 50HZ / 60HZ
Generally, If the frequency is 50HZ, the generator output voltage is 6300V or 10500V, low voltage is 400V. If the frequency is 60HZ, the generator output voltage is 4160V and 480V.
We also can design and manufacturing accordance with the users’ special requirements.
Isolation Class: Stator/ Rotor: F/F class or B/B
Rated power factor: 0.8, 0.85 or 0.9, according to use’s requirements.
Cooling type: Air cooling or Water Cooling
Bearing and lubricating: Small capacity generator always use the rolling bearing and Self-lubricating.
Temperature measure: PT100 connect to the digital temperature control or inspection devices.
Excitation system: According to the needs of users, the generator can be equipped with different excitation.
Generally, the small capacity generator always use brushless excitation device. Large capacity generator always use the static silicon controlled excitation system.
