Z20 auto-assembly machine is a kind of full-automatic assembly equipment for H-beam developed by ourselves based on broad market investigation and inquiry on customers.


Description:

During assembly, the hydraulic stopping rack at both sides can ensure alignment of end side of web and flange. The downward press-beam is adopted with right and left 4 groups of guide-way, ensuring pressing stability. The automatic spot-welding arc-tracing unit is driven with light-duty oil cylinder, without the need of compressed air. The input and output conveyor and inlet pulling rod system are in segments, of which length and quantity can be chosen according to work-piece length. The control system adopts Japanese “MITSUBISHI” PLC. Assembly speed driven with main motor is adjusted via “MITSUBISHI” A.C. inverter. Hydraulic system is the standard product of professional producer, and equipped with fine filter, ensuring long and reliable performance of electro-magnetic valves.


Applications:

The positioning of flange and web is adopted with hydraulic transmission, with both sides clamped and aligned through mechanical system, ensuring precise positioning of web and flange of different width within specified range.
